Mild steel 4 into1 header
Can be used with stock heat exchangers or replacement J pipes. More effiient than the stock silencer. If you have larger than stock size exhaust valves 32mm, you should upgrade to a larger bore system. See below or call for advice.

Ideal match for Bugpack header listed above. Reasonable ground clearance and not too noisy.
Copper exhaust gaskets for 1.625 inch headers
No more blown gaskets between head and exhaust. These copper gaskets will last indefinitely. Recommended for any performance engine and an absolute must for turbo motors. Suitable for all large bore exhausts. As used on all JMR engines equipped with aftermarket heads. Set of 4.
Copper exhaust gaskets for 1.75 inch headers and larger
As above but for big bore exhausts (set of 4)
Small bore triangular exhaust flange (mild steel)
Suits most 1.5 inch and 1.625 inch headers and mufflers
Large bore exhaust flange (mild steel)
We use these when adapting 2 inch to 2.5 inch turbo mufflers to the Phoenix header system. Involves cutting the original flange from the header and welding one of these on instead. Another is used to bolt the header to the muffler. Price is for one
